Oliric will send orders to all territories of the European Community.

Unless there are specific requests for out-of-stock products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, the order consisting of the product(s) related to each Shipment Confirmation will be shipped within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of the Order Confirmation.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform the user of this circumstance and give the user the option to proceed with the purchase, with a new delivery date, or cancel the order with a refund total price paid.

For the purpose of these Conditions, it will be understood that “delivery” has taken place or that the order has been “delivered” at the time when the user or a third party indicated by the user obtains possession material of the products, which will be evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

Returns

Legal right to cancel the purchase

The user does not have the right to withdraw from this contract because it is a food product, as contained in RDL 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the consumer and user protection.

Returns of defective products

In cases where the user considers that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to what is stipulated in the contract, he must contact us immediately via info@oliric.com or through our contact form and provide us with the product data, as well as the damage it suffers. The product can be returned and must be sent to the address above. We will carefully examine the returned product and notify you by email within a reasonable time if a refund or product replacement is appropriate. The refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the item is proceeding non-conforming item. Any amounts paid for products returned due to any defects or defects, if any, will be refunded in full, including any delivery charges incurred to deliver the item and any costs incurred by you to return the product to us. The refund will be made in the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.

Product exchange policy

Oliric does not support the exchange between a product purchased by the user for another product offered on the website.
