For us, this is one of the main cornerstones of a respect for the environment and its full enjoyment.

We come from a family with long links with farming, dating back several generations. Our passion for working the land is our identifying hallmark.

Our past, our dream

We need 8 kg of olives to make 1 litre of our precious oil.

Quality is the main premise on which our olive-making process is based. To make 1 litre of Olíric oil, 8 kg of olives are needed. The olives are harvested at their peak moment, when they are ripe (between late October and early November), because this is when they have all the organoleptic properties that make our oil so very special.
