Arbequina
A ripe fruity oil, with aromas of bananas, almonds, grass and apples. It is sweet in the mouth, with a slightly bitter, spicy touch.

Arbequina & Koroneiki
Medium green fruity oil. It has aromas of grass, almond and banana, with notes of apple and dried fruit. In the mouth it is sweet, with bitter and light spicy.

Koroneiki
Oil with intense green fruitiness. It has aromas of freshly cut grass, almond, green tomato with notes of fennel and artichoke. It has a mildly bitter, spicy taste in the mouth.
